You can login and make appointments for your child with the relevant teacher or subject; this appointment will be held over a video call.

Please ensure you have at least a microphone connected/built-in to your computer before starting any video calls. 

Please note: If you are using a laptop, they usually come with a webcam and mic built-in to the screen's bezel.
If it is a typical desktop PC and monitor setup, you may need to connect a webcam separately.

Alternatively you can use a mobile phone or tablet.
Of course this depends on the age of each device; unfortunately we can not guarantee compatibility across all phones and tablets.
